The Planet Crafter is a singleplayer sandbox game based in space. The Multiplayer Mod for Planet Crafter don’t really have a name but it’s written in C# and requires BepInEx and allows you to play the game with up to 25 players.
If you look at their GitHub repo you can see that the mod is activity developed.
